多年以前买到了一种双磁带版本的“1998葛莱美的光彩”，第二张磁带的B面第二首名为The End is the Beginning is the End的歌曲是那么的酷，我当时在想如果能弄到唱这首歌的乐队的专辑，能够听整张都是这样曲子的专辑该是件多么过瘾的事情！从此我便记下了这个唱这首狂暴歌特味(绝不同于歌特金属)歌曲的乐队——Smashing Pumpkins。 Continue reading

“Today is the greatest day I’ve ever know…”。有了宽带的生活实在是令人不可思议——在verycd上竟发现了Smashing Pumpkins 07年重组后的新专辑”Zeitgeist”，在一阵惊喜后慌忙下了下来，今天的碎瓜果然没让我失望。 第一首歌曲”Doomsday Clock”据说是入选了当今热门大片”变形金刚”的ost，依然有着”Siva”的感觉，这是一首纯粹的、能够让人热血沸腾的摇滚歌曲，也是典型的贴着碎瓜标签的歌曲，单单这一首歌就能肯定整张专辑的价值。 Zeitgeist：[德] 时代精神。 另外，现场中的那个新贝斯手很hot。
