自从去年12月初在MAO看了致敬Beatles的演出后，便疯狂喜欢上了这首“While My Guitar Gently Weeps”。搜到了这首歌的acoustic版本，别有风味，而且视频下面还随唱显示歌词。歌词与原版有点出入，当我看到“I’m sitting here doing nothing but aging”时，之前逐渐积攒下的这种温柔忧伤的感觉立刻爆发并把我感染崩溃了。
第一个乐队是”the Lilei & Hanmeimei’s”，呵，想到了初中的英语课文——“hello jim, hello lilei, oh this is hanmeimei, hanmeimei, this is jim, hi jim nice to meet you, nice to meet you too, I’m polly…”，考。 the Lilei & Hanmeimei’s一共4个人，两男两女，起初离我最近的那个小青年穿着比较正经的西装还打着领带，抱着把50年代的电吉他，猛一看还真有点像George Harrison，他们的鼓手和刺猬一样，也是个留着短发的小女生(不知道实际上小不小)，另外两个倒没给人留下什么太深的印象。他们共唱了5首：Yellow Submarine, Good night, Ticket to ride, She loves you加上最后的In my life，其中Ticket to ride和She loves you是我比较喜欢的，不过the Lilei & Hanmeimei’s的表现却不怎么样，翻唱的编曲十分一般，像许多blues味的推弦solo也根本没有，Ticket to ride中间的一段过渡也没有，In my life全是la la la…下来的，成员之间倒是和乐器之间来了个排列组合，口琴、键盘、吉他、贝司轮着来，但只给人哪个成员哪个乐器都不在行的印象。the Lilei & Hanmeimei’s倒更像是一群大二的孩子在学校艺术节上表演的乐队。
第二个上场的是the Microbus, 原来小面包就是他们。之前在douban的小组里我说中国乐队一般很难把握Beatles歌曲里blues和psychedelic的感觉，有个回复的说“我们不是学舌，而是要有自己的特色…”，后来发现这个人原来就是小面包里的键盘手，难怪会说像于不像不重要…。小面包3男1女，给人的感觉倒是比较亲切，3个男的是那种在每个学校都很常看到的小胖子，吉他主唱的体型长相很像是张亚超。他们共唱了3，4首，但伴奏感觉都差不多，比较原声的电吉他扫弦，他们也唱了In my life，其中键盘那段特别像，但整体上仿佛把明媚的大调换成了阴暗犹豫的小调。
经过了前面几个不太靠谱的乐队/个人之后，下一个上场的是“波澜童话”，不过看主唱的模样装束实在不太好联想到乐队这个比较纯真优美的名字，不过不管这么说，“波澜童话”上场毕竟感觉是来了个像回事的乐队。他们唱了While my guitar gently weeps, Long and winding road, Something和Woman这四首，两首我不太熟，但从选guitar gently weeps和something来看这乐队眼光应该不错。果然，虽然翻得比Beatles噪了点，不过现场的气氛逐渐被他们带起来了，主唱也比较放得开。从这之后，我疯狂喜欢上了“While my guitar gently weeps”。
下一个是“旅行团”，开始在准备设备时，看他们五个队员基本穿了一样花色的外套，我想这乐队应该特别喜欢Beatles早期的傻歌，但逐渐发现与其说旅行团是个乐队不如说是个拿着乐器的合唱团，他们在台上的表现更像是个参加了选秀节目并取得了一些小成功的偶像组合，有点太那自己当回事了，谁想知道他们这段时间有多努力弄专辑，多长时间排练，下一张(第一张)专辑是什么样？我只是因为披头士才到那的。主唱的也很一般，一点不是个狠角，Drive my Car前面也是降了个8度。吉他手到是不错，感觉是个特别阳光特别懂礼貌的小青年。
最后一个是“摩天轮”，觉得这几个人比较猛，开始试音时吉他主唱只用前3个品和开放和弦就弄出了很浓的blues味，随后的“I wanne be your man”的傻劲欢劲比起原唱也不甘示弱，听的全场人都想跳舞，胖乎乎的主唱的solo动作和小刺猬比也不相上下。除了一首列侬的Imagine外他们翻的都是早期的Beatles或是用他们的话说的Beatles当年听的歌，这也使我感觉“摩天轮”知道摇滚乐的根。最后一首翻唱的是Twist and shout，仿佛又将时光带回了40多年前Beatles刚刚出名的时候…后来唱完了台下的又要求再来一首，再来一首，他们又不失时机的唱了两首自己的歌，第一首也很酷，决不是一般的小屁朋克能写出来，到了第二首时已经11点多了，我没听完就出去赶地铁去了。
可能是知道这次演出之后我就一直做准备的原因，上周整整一周，只要打开电脑就放上Beatles，自然听真的Beatles多了再听对他们的翻唱，而且是中国这些乐队对他们的翻唱，就会有不少的失望。这种纪念方式是不必去学舌，以做到和Beatles有多像为目标，以一颗尊重的心为主，但遗憾的是这次演出是为了纪念Beatles的Sgt. Pepper发行40周年，可从头到尾没一个乐队唱“Sgt. Pepper’s lonely heart club band”，掺合的成分远远大于致敬的成分，难道这就是中国乐队自己的味道，自己的纪念方式？
It’s said Beatles’ Yesterday has the most versions, over one thousand different versions by different bands or artists. This is a peaceful song with a little sadness, accompanied by a acoustic guitar and a violin.
I’m looking back on the moment that Yesterday changed my life.
What if I didn’t buy the double-tape of English Classic 7 years ago? What if I didn’t spent a whole month to be skilled with the first guitar? What if I didn’t choose DLNU? Where would I be now? What would I do now?
There’re so many possibilities in life. Whatever, thanks Beatles.
